       Share The Wealth: Help the company find and sponsor new Branches, expand distribution for MNS. You will receive an .0625 override bonus from corporate that can grow to a substantial residual income over time.  Ex. If you help MNS find 10 branches with each branch averaging 2 million a month, you could earn $12,500.00 a month in on going income.
 

        Products and Diversity: MNS recognizes the current market conditions and offers a diverse array of products and services. We have a full menu of forward mortgages that include conventional, conforming, non-conforming, FHA, VA and Sub-prime loans.  We offer a full menu of Reverse Mortgages to meet the needs of our senior market.  We also have outlets for commercial lending. Currently working on a bankers license. 

         Marketing and Lead Generation: This is an area that causes great discomfort to loan originators and brokers.  We believe that our approach is well balanced and functional.  For if we give you a fish you will eat for a day if we teach you how to fish you will eat for the rest of you life. We have for years looked at marketing from a broad vantage point.  Everyone is a potential client and by helping other people achieve their goals we can reach ours. We incorporate current technology then apply it to helping our business like Realtor partners, For Sale by Owners succeed.  In return be rewarded with opportunity for referral business. Implement catchy marketing campaigns to attract potential refinance business. Teach how constant exposure to existing clients will create continued success and referral business.
